In response to this shortage IT Futures Online have established an innovative way of helping people getting into the Microsoft .Net industry.

We will provide anyone who has little or no experience in the industry, train them give them work experience and ultimately a job as a developer or business analyst.
Our aim is to provide a unique program to train individuals without experience, until they are ready to accept work offers.
Candidates are chosen on their enthusiasm and ability to learn. We then develop their I.T. skills to the point where they become Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP).

If accepted, the successful candidate could have as many as several hundred hours of basic training, live project work and real-client experience before being placed into employment.
